Production, delivery and destination information for GSN Shop orders.

1. Availability before payment
Checkout is not open yet. Before accepting orders we must confirm print-provider variants, costs, supported destinations and shipping options. A browsing price is not a promise of delivery to every country.
2. Production and transit
Items are made to order. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Product and checkout information will state applicable estimates and any firm shipment promise before payment. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated. Items may ship separately from different providers.
3. Shipping charges and import costs
Checkout must show shipping charges and taxes we collect before payment. Any separately payable import duties or destination fees must be disclosed where applicable. An optional shipping upgrade requires your agreement.
4. Delays and cancellations
If we cannot meet a shipment promise, we notify you, give revised timing and offer the cancellation and refund required by law. Where US shipment rules apply and no shipment time is stated, the applicable 30-day shipment rule applies. We obtain agreement to a further delay where required, rather than treating an indefinite delay as accepted. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, we promptly refund it.
5. Delivery help
Check shipping details before ordering and contact media@gsnmedia.app immediately for corrections. Changes after production or dispatch are not guaranteed. We remain your point of contact for missing, stalled or damaged deliveries rather than requiring you to resolve them alone with a print provider. See Returns & refunds for remedies.
