Terms of sale & use

1. Your agreement with BrownGlobal Holdings LLC

These Terms are between you and BrownGlobal Holdings LLC (BrownGlobal, we, us, our), the legal seller of products purchased directly from our GSN Shop online store. GSN Shop identifies the store; it is not a separate contracting company or a representation of registered DBA status. Contact media@gsnmedia.app about orders or these terms.

2. Ordering and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase. Give accurate contact and shipping information and review size, color, quantity and destination before paying. You can browse without a GSN ID. An account or merchandise does not grant professional credentials, team membership, press accreditation or event access.

Checkout is not currently open. Adding an item to your bag does not place an order or take payment. When checkout opens, products, destinations and totals must be confirmed before payment. We may decline an unavailable, unlawful or reasonably suspected fraudulent order, explain where appropriate, and refund payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

3. Products and descriptions

Products are made to order by independent print and fulfillment partners, including Printify and its print providers. Mockups illustrate the design; screen colors and reasonable print placement variations may differ from the finished item. This does not excuse a material defect or an item that does not match its description. Check the product-specific size guide and care instructions.

4. Price and payment

Catalog prices are in US dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Before payment, checkout must show the item price and applicable shipping, taxes and other charges we collect. Your bank may charge conversion or transaction fees separately. A merchandise order does not create a subscription. Payments are handled by our payment processor; do not email full card details.

A clear pricing error may be corrected before acceptance. If an accepted order cannot be supplied at the agreed price, we will seek your agreement to a change or cancel and refund it, subject to applicable law.

5. Fulfillment and remedies

The Shipping and Returns & refunds policies form part of these terms. Available destinations, charges and realistic estimates must be shown before purchase. We remain responsible to you as the seller: a print partner's or carrier's policy does not replace your rights against BrownGlobal Holdings LLC. If we cannot meet a shipment promise, we provide the legally required delay notice, cancellation choice and refund.

Nothing removes a statutory cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, refund or other consumer remedy. We do not treat every print-on-demand product as legally personalized.

6. Content and acceptable use

Names, logos, photographs and designs belong to their respective owners. Buying merchandise does not transfer intellectual property or authorize reproduction for resale. You may share an honest photo of your purchase. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, interfere with the store or bypass security. We do not acquire a promotional license to your personal photographs merely because you buy from us.

7. Interruptions and responsibility

We use reasonable care in operating the store. Events beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption or supplier outages, can delay performance. We take reasonable steps to reduce the effect; this does not permit us to keep payment for goods we cannot supply or avoid legally required remedies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or business losses arising from a personal consumer purchase. Nothing excludes fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, injury caused by negligence where that liability cannot be excluded, or other non-excludable liability. Mandatory product and consumer protections prevail.

8. Law and resolving a concern

Please contact media@gsnmedia.app so we can investigate. Georgia law governs to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your residence. These terms do not impose binding arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive out-of-state consumer forum.

9. Changes and general provisions

The version presented when you place an order governs that order. Changes are dated and do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder continues to the extent lawful (severability). Provisions concerning completed orders, payment, intellectual property, disputes and responsibilities survive as their purpose requires. Delayed enforcement is not a permanent waiver; waiving one issue does not waive others. Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled.
